Terms & Conditions

3.1 Counterparts must be at least 21 years of age.

3.2 Counterparts agree to behave respectfully, appropriately and with consideration at all times.

​

3.3 Engagements must not take place under conditions where:

​

• Excessive alcohol consumption

• Inappropriate behaviour

• Unsafe environments

​

are present.

​

3.4 Any behaviour that compromises comfort, safety, or boundaries may result in the immediate ending of the experience without remuneration recovery.

4. Scheduling Process

4.1 All arrangements must be submitted via the website enquiry form or direct communication.

4.2 An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. All engagements are subject to:

​

• Availability

• Suitability

• Mutual alignment

​

4.3 An engagement is confirmed only once:

​

• Key details are agreed (date, duration, location)

• Professional retainer has been received in full (unless otherwise agreed)

​

4.4 You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when making an enquiry.

5. Professional Remuneration

5.1 All remuneration guidelines are shared privately.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated:

​

• The professional retainer is required in advance

• Engagements are secured only upon receipt of the retainer

​

5.3 Additional itinerary costs are the responsibility of the Counterpart, including but not limited to:

​

• Travel expenses

• Accommodation

• Dining

• Event tickets or entry fees

​

5.4 Remuneration may vary depending on:

​

• Duration

• Location

• Nature of the experience

• Travel requirements

6. Rescheduling & Notice Periods

6.1 Changes to an engagement must be communicated as early as possible.

6.2 As a general guideline:

​

• Notice periods provided with sufficient time may be partially refundable

• Short-notice amendments may be non-refundable

​

6.3 Rescheduling may be offered where possible, depending on availability.

​

6.4 If an engagement must be amended by Refined Companion due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund of the retainer or the option to reschedule.

7. Travel & Extended Engagements

7.1 Travel-based or multi-day engagements require advance planning and confirmation.

7.2 The Counterpart is responsible for:

​

• All travel-related costs

• Accommodation arrangements

• Logistical planning (unless otherwise agreed)​

8. Boundaries & Personal Conduct

8.1 All professional services are strictly platonic.

​

8.2 Physical contact is limited to socially appropriate gestures, if mutually comfortable.

​

8.3 Any attempt to cross boundaries or alter the nature of the experience will result in:

​

• Immediate termination of the engagement

• Forfeiture of the retainer​

9. Discretion & Confidentiality

9.1 All interactions are treated with strict discretion.

​

9.2 Counterparts agree to:

​

• Respect privacy

• Maintain confidentiality

• Do not record, photograph, or share any part of the experience without explicit consent​

10. Personal Responsibility

10.1 Counterparts are responsible for:

​

• Their own decisions and conduct

• Their personal belongings

• Their behaviour during the experience

​

10.2 Participation in any activity is voluntary and at the Counterpart’s own discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Refined Companion is not responsible for:

​

• Third-party services (venues, restaurants, travel providers)

• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond control

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Outcomes or expectations beyond the agreed experience

11.2 All services are provided with care and professionalism, but without guarantee of specific outcomes.
